Do you work better to a deadline?
With no hard deadline those great idea's we had were constantly being pushed back, by other more 'important' work.
We work better to deadlines, even if artificially imposed.
In fact having deadlines for our own projects helped us better schedule other projects that had previously delayed our own projects.
The big idea
The idea for every 5 weeks was born to formalize the development of our idea's. By making the schedule public we hope to make sure we stick to it.
